Privacy
We collect only what we need to print and mail your letters.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone, and return address.
- Your recipient's name and mailing address.
- The text of your notes.
- Payment confirmation from Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To print and mail your letters, to send you your reply code and receipts, and to let you know when it may be time to write again. You can ask us to stop those reminders at any time.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your information or your recipient's information, and we never share your notes with anyone except the person you wrote to.
Who helps us
We use Google (forms and storage), Stripe (payments), and USPS (delivery) to run the service. They handle your information only as needed to provide those services.
Deleting your information
Email us and we will delete your information and your recipient's information, except records we must keep for payments or taxes.
